A play for the Bourgas Lakes

The play is performed by talented dancers and actors from "Dune" and "Talantino" thanks to the enthusiasm of our partners and friends of the Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds (BSPB) and courtesy of the Municipality. Admission is free. The premiere was a special gift from BSPB event 25th birthday of the Company for all friends and lovers of birds.

The script is the work of one of the foremen of the lake - Alexander Marinov - Sancho, who inspired and told an interesting story on behalf of the nicest "inhabitants" of the lakes - the birds. Picture complement the worst and unwanted creatures - dogs and jackals, participate in it and most dangerous characters - poachers. But like any fairy tale for children and adults, and this is a happy ending, thanks to the most cordial people that help the lakes - volunteer conservationists.

Pelican, Spoonbill, Avocet, Black-winged Stilt, dogs and jackals are just some of the characters that you will meet. The sound of music, the language of dance and magic of plastic they will talk about troubles that occur in lakes of Burgas. And will tell us what we should do if we want to find them again and again around us.

The play is set in the "Life of Burgas lakes" LIFE + Programme of the EU, by BSPB in partnership with the Municipality of Burgas, Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation, Black Sea Salinas Ltd. and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

The show is dedicated to the 25 anniversary of the BSPB and be citizens of Burgas special way to celebrate the holiday in the city, which is one of the most important sites for the conservation of birds in Bulgaria - surrounded by three lakes (Burgas, Mandra and Atanasovsko) and near the largest protected area - Strandja Nature Park. Come have some fun together (play lasts about 40 minutes) - Finally there will be gifts (such birthday :)).
